Victor was very flexible, responsive and always a text message away. He worked around our tight schedules and showed us many houses over the summer, sometimes at a day's notice. We first contacted him in spring, before we were serious about buying, just to see a couple houses we found on the market. Victor gave us the time we needed and never pushed us to see more houses, until we felt ready to start looking seriously in Fall. For the house we purchased, he helped us do research and review the county records, prepared a very sound offer and added extra forms to mitigate risks. He stayed on top of the timelines throughout the closing process. He was never pushy and always communicated that he would have our back even when we considered rescission of the contract. After we received the keys, Victor was still available to answer more questions and connect us with the sellers. We are not from the area and don't have many connections. Victor gave us advice and helped us connect with inspectors, mortgage officers, repairmen and movers. He also closely followed the guidelines to keep us safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. We learned so much about the process from Victor and had confidence at every stage that he would follow through and support us.
