He was a big help when I was setting-up my investment property in Seattle. Being from out of state, time was an issue. He understood my limitations and helped me worked through them. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable, responsive, and most importantly had a great attitude. He was attentive and made sure I met the deadlines. In particularly, he met me outside regular work hours to make sure I got my keys and scheduled the handy person to fix little problems here and there. I wish all real estate professionals were as effective. I would work with him again.
